Before 2012, I suppose if you were gonna throw a celebration party for your new record, fans would expect vodka, sex and drugs with celebrities, sword swallowers on yachts or in backstages and private clubs! Nowadays, I'm thinking let's get together at Noon on a Sunday in a Southern California garden with a Buddha fountain, bagels, OJ, gourmet coffee, fruit plate and bottled water. I'll bring the acoustic gtr and a microphone. And thanks to everyone's support on kickstarter, this show is also gonna happen in NYC, San Diego, Houston, Seattle and maybe even in your town if you pledge by Feb 12! |
